i will clarify...

a man who lives in 15th floor of a bldg. while going to the office he is taking lift to reach to the ground floor....while coming back from office, he is taking lift up to 7th floor, and then going from the straircase to reach 15th floor(he is not able to go further from 7th floor by lift)...........but when it is raining he can go up to 15th floor by lift ....WHY.... (remember whenever he is in the lift, he is alone)

Hope you all will try to answer this funny puzzle...

There is a man who lives on the top floor of a very tall building. Everyday he gets the elevator down to the ground floor to leave the building to go to work. Upon returning from work though, he can only travel half way up in the lift and has to walk the rest of the way unless it's raining! Why?
